Catriona Laing

Catriona is Associate Chaplain at Holy Trinity, with a particular remit to encourage the chaplaincy’s work on social justice. She is also the Chaplain of St Martha & St Mary's Anglican Church in Leuven.

Catriona has long had an interest in inter-faith relations and her call to the priesthood was influenced by that, and by her desire to join those building the Kingdom of God with the poor and marginalized. Before coming to Brussels, she worked in parishes in the suburbs of London and Washington D.C..

When she's not at church in Leuven or Brussels, Catriona is usually being pulled in different directions by one of her three small children - except for when she has them neatly stowed away at the back of her Belgian cargo bike, which she loves almost as much as her passengers.
