Holy Trinity’s AGM 2019 will take place on Sunday April 14th. Please note that the entire Electoral Roll needs to be renewed this year – a process we are required to do every 6 years.  New Electoral Roll forms will be made available in the church lobby.  Please take the time to fill in and sign one as this would also give you the right to vote.  You could also either stop by at Church office during the week to fill in a form.  Please contact Lieve Cordeel, our electoral roll officer on (finance@holytrinity.be) who can send you a form and/or give you further information.  Please consider that we will need to have compiled our Electoral Roll 3 weeks ahead of our meeting; this means that all filled in forms will need to be submitted by the 17th of March.  Filled in forms can be handed in to Lieve or one of the Wardens or simply dropped in Church House letter box.
